Jim Baird
With over 20 years experience in Business Process Management, Requirements Analysis, Project Management, Training and IT, Jim's expertise has been honed in manufacturing, financial services, distribution, pharmaceuticals, and computer industries, as well as in the government sector. Having spent 15 years as a professor of Information Systems Studies in Canada, Jim consults in Business Process Management and Requirements Analysis. He has wide experience as a project manager and his skills as a trainer, educator an accredited BPTGroup Coach are evidenced by delegate approvals as he delivers the process transformation, process mapping,and requirements analysis programs in North America, Australia and anywhere he can get to.
