Upon completion of the course, the participants will:
- Understand how to effectively and efficiently gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Be able to develop business requirements based on moving from AS IS to TO BE process maps
- Use analytical and design tools such as process maps, entity relationship diagrams/logical data models, and state transition diagrams.
- Demonstrate the appropriate interpersonal skills and abilities to work as a member of a business analysis team and to elicit business requirements
- Understand the systems development life cycle (SDLC) from business case through to implementation

Prerequisites:
This course is aimed at business analysts, process analysts, business architects, and anyone who needs to develop and manage business requirements. No previous knowledge of requirements analysis is required.
Duration:
2 or 3 days depending on exercises and client requirements.
